about any visitor to https://gun-bro.com/, as well as its subdomains, services, programs, and
products.
By using the Gun Bro website services, the User gives unconditional consent to this Policy and the
conditions for processing their personal data specified therein.
The User must refrain from using the services in case of disagreement with these conditions.

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

  1. The User’s personal data are processed during the term of validity and on the basis of the agreement, as well as during the warranty period, except for the cases when the applicable legislation requires mandatory storage of personal data for a specific period.
  2. The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized government agencies only on the grounds and in the manner established by the applicable legislation.
  3. The Administration reserves the right not to inform the User about the loss or disclosure of their personal data in cases stipulated by this Policy and the applicable legislation.
  4. The Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal data from misconduct of third parties.
  5. The Administration, jointly with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation. 

 

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

  1. The User has the following obligations:

 1. To use the information posted on the Gun Bro website in a manner that does not contradict the applicable legislation.

 2. To quote the information posted on the Gun Bro website, including protected copyright works, only accompanied with the link to the Gun Bro website.

2. The User has the following rights:

 1. To obtain the information regarding the processing of their personal data from the Administration, if such a right is not limited by the applicable legislation.

 2. To request from the Administration to clarify their personal data, block or destroy them within no more than 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of receipt of the relevant notification by the Administration, including via email as specified in the details in Section 9 of this Policy.

3. The Administration has the following obligations:

 1. To use the obtained data solely for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Policy.

 2. To ensure safe storage of the obtained personal data of the User, not to disclose them without the prior consent of the User, not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose them in other possible ways, unless otherwise stipulated by this Policy and the applicable legislation.

 3. To block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of application or request from the User, or their legal representative or the authorized agency for the protection of the rights of owners of personal data for the period of inspection, in the event of detection of unreliable personal data or misconduct, within no more than 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of receipt of the relevant notification by the Administration, including via email as specified in the details in Section 9 of this Policy. 

7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

  1. The Administration that has failed to carry out its obligations is liable for losses incurred by the User in accordance with the applicable legislation, unless otherwise stipulated by this Policy and the applicable legislation.
  2. The Administration is not responsible for the loss or disclosure of personal data in the following cases:

 1. Such data became public before their loss or disclosure.

 2. Such data were received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Administration.

 3. Such data were disclosed with the consent of the User.

3. The User bears full responsibility for compliance with the requirements of the applicable legislation, including laws on advertising, protection of copyright and related rights, protection of trademarks and service marks, but not limited to the above, including full responsibility for the content and form of materials, in the cases of quoting and other use of information obtained during the use of the Gun Bro website services.

4. The User agrees that the information provided to them as part of the Gun Bro website may be an intellectual property item, the rights to which are protected and belong to the Administration, its partners or advertisers who post such information on the Gun Bro website.

5. The User has no right to alter, rent, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the information specified in Clause 7.4 of this Policy, unless such actions have been permitted in advance in writing by the owners of such information under a separate agreement.

Quoting and other distribution of the text materials (articles and publications that are publicly available on the Gun Bro website) are permitted, provided that the source (namely a link to the Gun Bro website) is indicated. Otherwise, the Administration reserves the right to recover damages caused by such misconduct.

7. The Administration bears no responsibility to the User for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of the deletion, failure or inability to save any information and other communication data contained on the Gun Bro website or transmitted through it.

8. The Administration bears no responsibility for any information posted on the Gun Bro website by partners and advertisers.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. The pre-trial procedure for resolving disputes is mandatory for the Parties. The period for responding to a claim is 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of the claim receipt.
  2. If no settlement is reached, the dispute shall be escalated to the Moscow Arbitration Court.
  3. This Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration are regulated by the applicable legislation.

 

9. SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS

1. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Policy without the User’s
consent.
2. The new Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Gun Bro
website, unless otherwise stipulated in the new edition of the Policy.
3. The Parties agree to consider it appropriate to exchange correspondence using the
details specified in this section by the Administration and in the registration form
and/or Agreement upon its conclusion by the User.
